Scheduled for July 3 and 4, the concerts will take place at the Marina Bay Sands Grand Ballroom.

There's speculation music superstar Celine Dion may perform in New Zealand later this year.

So far, shows have only been confirmed for Tokyo, Macao, Singapore, Jakarta, Taipei, Manila and Bangkok.

Tickets are priced at P35,380, P32,210, P19,540, P16,370, P7,920 and P2,640, and will be available to the public on January 18.

The singer, who first shot to worldwide fame in the 1990s, had cancelled a previous Asia Tour in 2014 due to her husband's ailing health. "But you know what, I'm glad you came closer to me", Dion adds, barely getting the sentence out before the woman launches herself at the songstress.

She said: "First of all, this girl knows exactly what she's doing".

With that the fan then grabs the microphone and growls "don't touch me" at Dion's bodyguard Olivier.

A tour schedule was also posted on Dion's website which showed that the 48-year-old hitmaking chanteuse will perform in Manila on July 19 at the Mall of Asia Arena.

The "Because You Loved Me" singer acted as a mediator between concerned security guards and the excited fan at the Las Vegas concert on January 5.

"I'm glad that. I thought you just wanted to come closer to me". She handled that well and with class. Hats off to Celine Dion.

She said she would love to customize her repertoire per country.

Other notable songs by the francophone Canadian hitmaker include "It's All Coming Back to Me", "All by Myself", "If You Asked Me To", "Beauty and the Beast", and "I'm Your Angel".
