Paid Nintendo Switch Online Service Delayed To Fall 2018

PS4 Xbox One and Nintendo Switch game news could have HUGE price implications

Unlike the Xbox One and PS4 which experienced huge price drops for Black Friday, Nintendo chose to sell the Switch at MSRP.

"Flog", or golf spelt backwards, was a portion of the Switch's home menu code dedicated emulating NES "Golf" when certain conditions were met namely using the Joy-Con to do Iwata's Nintendo Direct sign-off gesture on July 11.

Super Meat Boy is available now for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita.

The early impressions on the Nintendo Switch were mostly positive, further increasing demand for the hybrid console. "Online play is free for Nintendo Account holders until our paid online service launches in 2018".

The game will be available as digital download first via the console's eShop.

With the success of the Nintendo Switch, perhaps Nintendo though that the good luck charm that asked for Iwata's help has served its objective.

Many read about there being a hidden emulator in Nintendo Switch that allowed NES Golf to be played easily.

Nintendo recently said that it has already sold 10 million units of the Nintendo Switch since its March launch, a figure that will keep rising as the company promised to ramp up Nintendo Switch production next year.

Long gone are the days when you could just plug in your Sega Mega Drive or Super Nintendo, slap in a cartridge, and off you go, playing your new favourite game ever.

The Nintendo Switch had a great 2017 but with better supply and more unbelievable games, 2018 might be an even better year for the hybrid console.
