Google releases December Security Bulletin for Android, KRACK fix included

Google Releases December's Security Bulletin, Images Coming Tomorrow

Flipkart's Big Shopping Days sale takes place from 7 December to 9 December, where the e-commerce giant will offer a flat discount of Rs 11,001 on the Pixel 2 smartphone. Interestingly, that's almost Rs. 20,000 discount from the original price on Google's flagship smartphone.

That of course only applies if you're using a Pixel or recent Nexus device, specifically the Pixel 2, Pixel 2 XL, Pixel, Pixel XL, Pixel C, Nexus 5X, or Nexus 6P, but if you're rocking any of them keep an eye out for the update.

Verizon wireless has released a software update for their Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL smartphones.

Buying the Pixel 2 at its discounted price makes complete sense for those who do not wish to spend over Rs 73,000 for the Pixel 2 XL and the only difference is the bigger screen with 18:9 aspect ratio and a bigger battery.

The Pixel 2 sports a 5-inch Cinematic full-HD display with a 1080 x 1920 pixel resolution. It has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset, 2.4GHz octa core processor, Adreno 540, 4GB RAM and 64GB/128GB onboard storage. The two-tone colour of the phone is also reminiscent of the original Pixel from 2016.

We've already reviewed the Pixel 2 XL and are now in the process of reviewing the OnePlus 5T, so we have a good understanding of which phone is best for users. The Pixel 2 is water resistant as well.

Google also assured Android device users that it has a team that keeps track of questionable activities. On the front is an 8MP camera with an f/2.4 aperture.

Again, Google says that Pixel and Nexus images won't be up until tomorrow. The portrait mode works on both rear and font facing cameras, just like the new iPhones.
