Charles Woodson's collarbone-testing advice for Aaron Rodgers? Fall out of bed

Packers Rodgers says he is cleared to play

As McCarthy explained, Rodgers has been in good spirits, and good performance in practice, for weeks.

The Packers (7-6) have gone 3-5 since Rodgers was injured on the second offensive series of a 23-10 loss to the Vikings on October 15.

"It is now in the evaluation stage", McCarthy said Monday afternoon during his usual day-after-the-game briefing - a news conference that was anything but typical given the subject matter.

If Rodgers is activated for the Week 15 matchup in Charlotte, the Panthers plan to welcome him back with a big pass rush and an aggressive scheme. Let him play against us. Rather than having an entire offseason for the bone to heal as he did after the Packers won the title, Woodson was trying to come back after missing nine games - and had concerns about how his collarbone would hold up when he tackled someone. "This defense as a whole, we're ready for whatever challenge is ahead of us".

"I want us to do our talking on the field with our play".

The overtime victory kept Green Bay (7-6) in contention for a playoff spot, going 3-4 in games started by backup Brett Hundley. But Rivera said Hundley has taken more deep shots in recent weeks.

"I would hope that we wouldn't [do that]", Jackson said, via Cleveland.com. "And we'll see who plays". His first year as defensive coordinator, Wilks is leading a Panthers group that ranks third in the league with 40 sacks, likely earning him interviews as a potential head coach outside of Carolina this season.

A best case scenario for Green Bay involves winning their three remaining games in addition to receiving some help for a playoff berth.

If Rodgers plays, Horton indicated the Panthers would try to attack him in a similar fashion. "As we all know, his rehab has been exceptional, and he looks great".

"He's pretty elusive with his feet as well". "He explained to me that, 'Charles, that doesn't mean that it's not healed.' You're kind of going through this mental roller coaster of, 'Man, is it healed?" "He has the complete package".
