Battlegrounds new desert map detailed, welcome to Miramar

PlayerUnknown's Battle Grounds Teases New Truck for Desert Map

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG) will finally be released on the Xbox One platform later this month. Dubbed Miramar, the map looks to be pretty much identical to the version recently datamined from an update to the game.

I feel like I shouldn't have to append this piece with a warning, but I also feel like Xbox Australia might have underestimated how fucking bonkers some of you PUBG fans are so, please, best behaviour okay?

In addition to the locations unveiled today, there should be plenty of other exciting places to visit in the map as well, but the developer is letting players discover the rest of the map for themselves to not take away the experience.

In contrast to the lush fields and forests offered by the island of Erangel, Miramar will render barren desert terrain and dense urban areas.

The largest city in the region, Los Leones features ample shopping, a skyline filled with new construction, and a glorious, golden-hued City Center.

Anyway, judging by the description, the location has turned out that is necessary - there is also a casino, and abandoned factories, unfinished houses, and a railway station.

El Pozo - El Pozo is a city known for its large industrial and entertainment districts.

Valle del Mar is a colorful oceanside town bisected by the De Toro bridge.

"Monte Nuevo", meanwhile, is a compound resembling a prison, and its high walls should give snipers plenty of opportunities to kill targets from afar. To the West of the bridge is a quaint school, and to the East, a attractive church. If they do manage to hit western devices, their popularity would soar, but perhaps that's all part of the strategy for now given PUBG's imminent release on Xbox One.
