And it's TERRIFYING: North Korea's ultimate goal for 2018 revealed

US negotiator says direct diplomacy needed on North Korea

Rodman, as Colbert noted, has been to North Korea five times since 2013, meeting multiple times with the young dictator during his visits, despite the fact that the USA and North Korea have an embattled diplomatic relationship.

"For some reason, he likes me", said Rodman.

In an interview with "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" on Wednesday, Rodman said he and Kim Jong Un are not best friends but are close.

In an unusual statement released to reporters on Tuesday evening, the press secretary, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, said Mr. Trump's position on North Korea had not changed - namely, that talks were pointless if the North's leader, Kim Jong-un, continued to menace his neighbors.

Choe Ryong-hae, vice chairman of the Workers' Party's Central Committee and a rising associate to Kim Jong-un, was said to have led a probe into the Army's Politburo, eventually unearthing their delinquencies. It's amusing though that I don't see how people can sit there and say that this person is a 'madman.' He probably is, but I didn't see that. "He just treats me as a friend", the 56-year-old insisted.

The disappearance of one of Kim Jong-Un's top aides - who was once considered the "second-most powerful man" in North Korea - has prompted speculation that he may have been executed. "I don't really judge people, you know, by their color".

South Korea's spy agency told a parliamentary hearing last month that Hwang and his deputy, Kim Won-hong, had been punished for their "impure attitudes" towards the North Korean leader. "You don't have to love somebody to like them", the sportsman added.

Ibrahim Raba, manager of a shawarma restaurant in Gaza's Jabaliya refugee camp, says he is offering the 80 percent discounts to show his appreciation for North Korea's rejection of President Donald Trump's recent recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's capital. I just judge people where- you know, we're all human beings...

"He's a kid, but he's a kid with nuclear weapons", Colbert reacted.
