Vontaze Burfict Triumphantly Exits Field After Ejection

Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict didn't make it through the second quarter of Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans. Burfict pulled up and tried to avoid a Titans ball-carrier out of bounds.

It was Burfict's second unsportsmanlike conduct/personal foul of the game and, by rule, is an automatic ejection. Burfict took his time leaving the field, talking with fans, raising both arms and finally jumping to high-five a fan before going into the locker room.

The Bengals linebacker has been among NFL's most suspended and most frequently fined players.

Burfict was suspended for suspended for the first three games for an illegal hit in the preseason. He also had a history of personal fouls at Arizona State that factored into every National Football League team passing on him in the 2012 draft. Receiver A.J. Green was kicked out of a loss at Jacksonville after grabbing cornerback Jalen Ramey around the neck, tackling him and punching him. Green was fined $42,541 for his fight.
