Shadow of War Free & Premium DLC Release Dates Announced

Middle-Earth Shadow of War Free Content Updates Detailed

Warner Bros. has detailed exactly what the future of Middle-Earth: Shadow of War looks like for the rest of the year.

Alongside the aforementioned, the Slaughter Tribe content, part of the Season Pass, will release.

The Middle-earth: Shadow of War Expansion Pass is now available for $39.99, or included as part of the Shadow of War Gold Edition for $99.99. For instance, there's an Endless Siege mode, where players will be able to run through the Shadow Wars section of the game for as long as they want, defending their fortresses against besieging armies of orcs and warchiefs. Rebellion will let players crush the rebel Ologs and Uruks in their forces as they seek to undermine the Bright Lord. "Capture every battle and siege and apply new filters, frames and textures with Enhanced Photo Mode update".

As an Xbox Play Anywhere title, players can purchase a digital version of Middle-earth: Shadow of War once and play it on both Xbox One and Windows 10 PC.

There's also a release date for the following expansion. This PhotoMode will be available on November 21st. In amongst these freebies are new modes and a new difficulty level.

On 5 December, Online Fight Pits allows players to challenge another player's Orc follower, Overlord vs. Overlord in a fight to the death.

Last but not least, Warner will release a Brutal Difficulty on December 12th.

All of the that is packed into the Middle-earth: Shadow of War Expansion Pass, which costs $40/£32.99.

Also arriving on November 21st is the first premium expansion for the game in the Slaughter Tribe Nemesis Expansion. The new difficulty setting is coming on December 12, 2017.

The Desolation of Mordor Story Expansion will run you $19.99/£15.99.
