Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Lawrence and More Read Mean Tweets About Jimmy Kimmel

Kim Kardashian Reads Kanye West's Tweet During Jimmy Kimmel-Themed Mean Tweets for Host's Birthday

To surprise Jimmy Kimmel on his 50th birthday, J.J. Abrams, Ben Affleck, Matt Damon and more teamed up to adapt Kimmel's childhood comic book into a fake movie trailer.

The Terrible Ten includes Affleck, Zach Galifianakis, Shaquille O'Neal, Will Arnett, Jon Hamm, Jason Bateman and Jennifer Aniston.

One of the most well-known segments of Jimmy Kimmel Live! is when the host has celebrities read mean tweets about themselves, but for Kimmel's 50th birthday, his team made a decision to flip the script and have stars read mean tweets about Kimmel. Neither Affleck nor Damon got cast in the role, but as everyone remembers, Robin was nowhere to be found in the movie.

The team included Muscle Man and Crayon Kid - plus there's an Oirish superhero in the mix in leprechaun hero Lucky Lad. Batman's got one of the most impressive, deep rogue galleries in all of comics, and I think it's time more of them were given the love they deserve!

Naturally, Kimmel's nemesis, Matt Damon, portrayed the villain Dr. Bolt along with Wanda Sykes as his sidekick, The Bleach Master.

Jimmy Kimmel seemed to be genuinely surprised by this weird birthday treat.

"That's so sad though, in a way, that you went on to become Batman - not only didn't he get to be Robin, he's like begging for little bit parts in Thor." ". Abrams showed the pages of the original comic book - published by Kimmel Komix - on the air as Kimmel recalled his inspiration for his early creation.

Some of these characters might have been in The Lego Batman Movie (if Kite-Man was, anyone could have been) but that doesn't really count as an introduction.
