Kimmel's pals honored him with a special superhero movie trailer for "The Terrific Ten", based on a comic book Kimmel wrote as a child. "Because we were created by a weird, sad kid who grew to later become a weird, fat man. F-k Kimmel", Damon joked.

"Jimmy Kimmel, open your eyes", Mike Tyson had the privilege of reading.

Back on the show, Affleck also discussed growing up with Damon, and revealed that when they were young, both auditioned and failed to land the role of Robin in one of Tim Burton's early Batman films.

He then introduced "Mean Tweets: Jimmy Kimmel edition" in which celebrities like Michael Keaton, Anthony Anderson, Amy Schumer, Liam Neeson, Larry David and David Letterman read terrible things people have tweeted to Jimmy. "So, you're extra gross", Schumer read.

Nothing says "Happy Birthday" like a bunch of celebrities reading mean tweets about you!

In a reverse move, Kimmel's favorite stars read awful tweets about the late night host. "OH NO THAT MEANS YOU WOULD HAVE GOTTEN TOO MUCH GOOD P--Y IN YOUR LIFE", to which she matter-of-factly replied, "Fair point, Kanye". "Neither is David Letterman".

Last night, Jimmy Kimmell received a hilarious "gift" for his 50th birthday celebration.

"Hello, I'm George Clooney", the two-time Oscar victor began.
