According to the documents, "In March 2015, Plaintiff met Weinstein at the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills, California to discuss a prospective acting job on a television show called Marco Polo as well as acting in two to three other projects", reports E online.

A spokesperson for Weinstein denied any allegation of non-consensual sexual encounters, as he has with the dozens of women who in recent weeks have brought their own allegations of sexual harassment and assault against the now disgraced Oscar-winning producer. "At some point, he said he wanted to masturbate in front of her", writes Allred. Paz de la Huerta andRose McGowan recently accused Weinstein of rape.

Weinstein reportedly contacted the woman in 2016, giving her the impression she had landed the role in Marco Polo. "Mr. Weinstein obviously can't speak to anonymous allegations, but with respect to any women who have made allegations on the record, Mr. Weinstein believes that all of these relationships were consensual". She doesn't say, but presumably this happened in a hotel room. "Despite her telling Weinstein 'no, ' Weinstein proceeded to grab her wrist with one hand while using the other to masturbate in front of her until completion".

This time she says he excused himself and came back in nothing but a robe before holding her down and forcing cunnilingus on her.

The woman said she tried to get away, but Weinstein "used his massive weight and strength" to penetrate her without a condom.

Further, the woman alleges that she could not stop Weinstein due to his size.

The actress in the lawsuit charges Weinstein and the Weinstein Co with sexual battery and assault. The actress "finally broke free from his grasp and immediately left the bedroom and suite".

The woman claims she met the movie executive, who has been accused of sexual misconduct by a host of actresses since October, at a party in Los Angeles in 2011, when she says Weinstein offered to help her with her film career.

The lawsuit is just the latest in a series of allegations ranging from harassment to rape to be leveled against Weinstein, who faces criminal investigations in Los Angeles, New York, and the United Kingdom. Los Angeles police are also probing for "lewd conduct" stemming from an incident in 2015, while a similar investigation is underway in Beverly Hills.
