Aaron Jones injured against the Bears

Packers RB Aaron Jones reportedly has MCL sprain will undergo MRI Monday

Now things have gotten worse for the team as their best running back, Aaron Jones, injured his MCL and is out 3-6 weeks, according to Adam Schefter.

Jones left Sunday's win over the Chicago Bears after a 6-yard run during the first quarter. He is the team's second-leading rusher (273 yards on 71 carries) with three TDs. He'll be expected to be the lead back if Montgomery can't go on Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens.

The Packers also could be without Montgomery, who reinjured his ribs on Sunday against the Bears.

Fantasy Impact Aaron Jones was operating as the primary Green Bay running back before leaving the game with a knee injury.

That leaves two other rookies, Jamaal Williams and Devante Mays, as the only healthy halfbacks on the roster.

The 22-year-old Georgia native missed most of the 2015 season with the Miners because of an ankle injury. On the season, he has 70 rushes for 370 yards and 3 touchdowns with 8 receptions (16 targets) for 16 yards in eight games (four starts). If he misses only three weeks, he could return on December 10 against the Cleveland Browns. Green Bay does not have a running back on the practice squad now.
