Trump Disgustingly Lies About Obama Not Calling Fallen Soldiers' Families

Twitter President Donald Trump accused President Barack Obama of failing to call the families of fallen soldiers

President Trump on Monday claimed former President Obama and other past presidents didn't call the families of fallen soldiers.

But Trump would not let it lie, claiming again with zero evidence that other presidents did not call. I always feel badly. "A lot of them didn't make calls", he said.

In late 2010, the family of a soldier who was killed in action reached out to the White House and was apparently told by someone there that "Obama did not regularly make phone calls to the families of fallen soldiers". I was told that he didn't often.

President Trump speaks to the press in the Rose Garden of the White House in D.C. on October 16.

"It is a very hard thing", Trump said.

"It gets to a point where, you know, you make four or five of them in one day, it's a very, very tough day", Trump lamented.

President Donald Trump answers questions as he speaks with Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell of Ky., in the Rose Garden after their meeting at the White House, Monday, Oct. 16, 2017, in Washington. "President Obama, I think, probably did and maybe he didn't".

"The president said he planned to call the parents and families of those who were killed, something he said he has done "traditionally".

Alyssa Mastromonaco, for one, is not putting up with Trump's offensive lie. "They write letters", Trump said.

"President Obama and other presidents, a lot of them didn't make calls", Trump added. The attack happened back on October 6, and while Trump has not yet acknowledged the deadly attack, he has found plenty of time to tweet, golf, attack our free press, and dismantle the USA healthcare system.

Here is where we point out that when the bodies of the Americans killed in the attack on the nation's consulate in Benghazi returned, Obama and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton were at Dover Air Force Base to greet them.

The president admitted that Obama may very well have made calls after all.

President Barack Obama not calling the families of soldiers was a surprise. I don't know that's what I was told, ' Trump continued. The White House countered at the time, saying that the president personally signs every letter. The president was asked about the deaths of four Green Berets in Niger about two weeks ago, and why he hasn't spoken publicly about them or contacted their families. I want a little time to pass, I'm going to be calling them.
