Nokia finishes its 2017 lineup with the stunning Nokia 7

HMD Global or Nokia has not yet confirmed as to when the smartphone will be reaching India.

HMD Global, the company tasked with bringing Nokia back into the smartphone game has just released another smartphone in the form of the Nokia 7.

Nokia 7 sports a similar design as the Nokia 6 from the front. It will be available in two variants - one with 4GB of RAM for CNY 2,499 (approximately Rs 24,500) and one with 6GB of RAM for CNY 2,699 (approximately Rs 26,500). It runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat and HMD Global has promised an Android Oreo update soon.

In terms of internal hardware, the Nokia 7 comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 SoC which is paired either 4 GB RAM or 6 GB RAM. The smartphone sports a 5.2-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) resolution display with 16:9 aspect ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

The Nokia 7 saves its banality technique with a option fun, available on the Nokia 8: the ability to take photos simultaneously with both front and rear cameras.

The handset includes 64GB eMMC 5.1 storage, which can be expanded using a microSD card (up to 128GB).

Around back there's a 16MP camera with Carl Zeiss optics, an f/1.8 aperture, and dual tone flash.

On the front lies a secondary, 5-megapixel camera with an aperture of f/2.0.

Nokia 7 is powered by a 3000mAh battery which supports fast charging through the adapter provided. However, it can also be noted that all the Nokia smartphones have been launched in China first, with the exception of Nokia 8 and have subsequently made their way around in other markets. Nokia 7 allows you to capture 360 degree spatial surround sound via the phone's three microphones and Nokia's special acoustic algorithms.

NOKIA aims to "revitalize" brand and sales in China with the new Nokia 7 phone that targets fashionable consumers, the company said in Shanghai yesterday.

The Nokia 8, company's flagship smartphone went on sale in India from October 14 through Amazon India as well as offline retailers.
