Hilarie Burton says Ben Affleck groped her on 'TRL'

Ben Affleck has finally broken his silence to condemn Harvey Weinstein saying the sexual harassment claims made him sick. Pressure is mounting on Matt Damon to also speak out

Affleck was one of a handful of male Hollywood collaborators to speak out against Weinstein. "The additional allegations of assault that I read this morning made me sick", he wrote on Facebook.

Actress Rose McGowan has accused Affleck of lying about his knowledge of Weinstein's alleged misconduct and assaults of women. Rose McGowan, who was named in the Times story for settling a lawsuit against Weinstein, quickly took issue with Affleck's statement. A second commenter added: "He also grabbed Hilarie Burton's breasts on TRL once. Everyone forgot though", the fan wrote.

The Twitter user Shanice Brime responded to Burton by saying, "I'm so sorry that happened to you".

"I was a kid", she said.

Burton, who has been The Walking Dead's Jeffrey Dean Morgan's partner since 2009, would have been 21 at the time of the incident, and Affleck 31. After Ben denounced Harvey's behavior in a personal statement, actor Hilarie Burton came forward claiming that Ben groped her while she was a correspondent on TRL and even provided a clip from TRL to help connect to her claims.

The video also shows a clip of Affleck asking her how old she is.

"He comes over and tweaks my left boob", she says in the old footage. If she derails the interview, she's labeled a buzzkill, and MTV likely shows her the door. "I TOLD HIM TO STOP DOING THAT" you said that to my face.

She then shared a video of the moment in 2003 which saw Affleck tell Burton "I'm just free-spirited and it's just so good to see you" as he wraps his arm around her to give her a hug, her chest can then be seen to move. "Sending love", she wrote.

Now, one of the actors closely connected with Harvey, Ben Affleck, is facing allegations against him after responding to requests from the general public about Harvey's actions.
