First Warning Forecast: More Rain On The Way

The second cold front will make an appearance late Sunday, with a few showers and thunderstorms.

The storm will move across Northern New England on Monday and it will drag a cold front across CT. The shower activity will end late tonight as temperatures drop into the 40s and lower 50s.

Thursday we will have variable sunshine more humid with light winds again and warmer with a high of 88. Temperatures overnight will stay warm and muggy in the low to mid 70s.

Wednesday night expect fair skies increasing humidity and mild with a low of 69. Looking ahead to the weekend: skies try to clear out on Saturday and the sunshine should peek out by the afternoon hours with highs back into the 70s. This will begin tomorrow with slightly drier air and readings only a few degrees cooler. Sunny breaks for Tuesday warms temperatures into the upper 70s and lower 80s. Highs should be in the upper 80s both days. We still see plenty of cloud cover during the day. Daytime temperatures will reach a high of 16 C and the UV index will be 4 or moderate. Nothing big - showers should be scattered, and rainfall totals should remain below a tenth of an inch. High of 87 degrees.

Tuesday and Wednesday will see much cooler temperatures beind a cold front with sunny skies.
