There will also be a new destination to explore, Mercury and its Infinite Forest, as well as the returning social space to visit, called the Lighthouse. You will be journeying to Mercury to find Osiris, and persuade him to join you - or will you be asking him to allow you to join with him?

Destiny 2 is an improvement over its predecessor in almost every way. Look for more details about Destiny 2's The Curse of Osiris Raid as we get closer to the December 5th release date.

This was available in Destiny 1, but only for those who could triumph in the Trials of Osiris.

Although quite broad in their description, they do show that Bungie is aiming to improve Destiny 2's end-game and reward-based content. It's the first post-launch expansion for this title. For players complaining about the lack of content, this should be able to hold you over for a little while. With the first expansion, they'll be covering one of the most unique, feared Guardians from before your time, Osiris.
