Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare's Halloween Event Begins Today

'Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare' (ALL) Kicks Off Willard Wyler's Halloween Scream Event

Willard Wyler's Halloween Scream will last from 9th October to 1st November.

Willard Wyler's Halloween Scream allows players to acquire all-new Halloween-themed loot, participate in XP-boosting events, play through a new zombies mode and receive exclusive free items only available during the event.

On the freebie front, Hallowe'en-inspired gear and loot - including zombie-themed Rig skins - can be acquired from special supply drops released every Monday. This mode lets players take on their favourite bosses from each of the Infinite Warfare zombies modes, and obliterate the ones they hate the most.

At the start of every week, players can get a free Halloween Supply Drop in Infinite Warfare simply by logging in to the game, while a free Halloween-themed cosmetic item will be available every Friday. It'll kick off with the first chapter, Zombies in Spaceland, and features two chapters per week, culminating with The Beast from Beyond. Hurry though, it'll be gone in a pinch.

After a somewhat unsuccessful foray into the future, the next and imminent Call of Duty instalment will return to World War 2.

Elsewhere, Gesture Warfare mode, in which teams attempt to fell opponents using weaponised gestures, is briefly back until October 12th, and the Carnage map from Infinite Warfare's Retribution DLC will be playable for everyone, with double XP rewards.
