Sony Launches Xperia XA1 Plus With 23 MP Camera

On the front, an 8-megapixel snapper is placed 23mm f/2.0 aperture lens which is brilliant in low-light photography. It will be available across India starting September 22 in various retail stores.

Coming to the specifications, the Xperia XA1 Plus sports a 5.5-inch Full HD display with 1080×1920 pixels resolution and accompanied by the Sony's recent borderless design.

The highlight of the Sony Xperia XA1 Plus is the 23-megapixel rear camera featuring a large 1/2.3 Exmor RS mobile sensor, brighter f/2.0 aperture and a Hybrid auto-focus. The Xperia XA1 Plus comes in Gold, Black and Blue colors.

The dual SIM Sony Xperia XA1 Plus runs Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. The main processor is the MediaTek Helio P20 SoC which is a 64-bit octa-core one and is ably supported on the graphics front by the Mali T-880 MP2 GPU. The smartphone comes with 32GB of built-in storage and supports expandable storage up to 256GB via microSD card. The Japanese company Sony has added a new phone to its mid-range line-up.

The Sony Xperia XA1 Plus comes with a battery of 3430mAh with Quick Charge feature. Stamina Mode extends the battery lifetime just when you really need it, whilst Qnovo Adaptive Charging technology and Battery Care work together to maintain the long-term health of the battery by monitoring its health and adjusting the charging current accordingly to avoid damage and maximise its lifespan. In the sound department, it comes with Sony's ClearAudio+ technology and Smart Amplifier. Sony has confirmed that the Xperia XA1 Plus will get the Android 8.0 Oreo update soon. The power button also comes with an integrated fingerprint sensor. The company will also launch its flagship device, Xperia XZ1 on September 25. Sony Xperia XA1 Plus is the successor to the company's previous Xperia XA1 smartphone, which was launched in India back in April a year ago.
