Leaked Queen biopic footage reveals Rami Malek has been perfecting his Freddie!

Mike Myers Freddie Mercury

Queen fans, get ready for a insane little thing to love.

One sneaky fan managed to upload a video of Mr. Robot actor Rami Malek recreating Queen's iconic Live Aid performance for Bryan Singer's new biopic, in which Malek plays Freddie Mercury. The film is being overseen and co-produced by bandmates Roger Taylor and Brian May.

Unlike the millions of us who've tried that, however, Malek actually looks scarily like the original. When explaining the song choice for the scene, which he wrote and directed himself, Myers toldRolling Stone that his family was "obsessed" with "Bohemian Rhapsody".

And for those that truly want to see an incredible performance check out the real deal in the video below.

Entertainment Weekly debuted the first look at Malek's Mercury last week.

Bohemian Rhapsody, which is being directed by Bryan Singer from a script by Justin Haythe, is scheduled to arrive in theaters on December 25, 2018.

Now, some no-good villain has snuck onto the movie's set and captured some illicit footage of a recreation of Queen's iconic 1985 Live Aid show, complete with some dancing and some vocals that are nearly certainly too good to be true. Heck, we'd probably pay for a three-hour film featuring a remake of the full concert.
