Blac Chyna & Rob Kardashian's Low-Key Dream Kardashian Battle Sparks Controversy

Blac Chyna

American gossip site TMZ is reporting that reality stars Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian may be losing custody of their ten month old daughter, Dream as the Los Angeles Dept. of Children and Family Services is investigating if both parents are fit to raise a child.

According to a report from TMZ, the DCFS is so concerned about baby Dream's "well-being", that they went to L.A. County Dependency Court in order to have a judge determine if Dream is indeed safe.

The investigation was reportedly under way even before Blac & Rob officially split.

Whatever is transpiring hopefully, this doesn't bring undue stress to little Dream.

Fans say that the two parents should get together and focus on what is best for the child because the fight has gone on for too long and may leave traces on her psyche.

As there is an open case into Dream at the Dependency Court, any custody agreement they come to will have to be signed off by that judge too. She was also seen ordering alcohol at a pub. Our sources say Chyna wants a lot ... way more than Rob thinks she deserves, but it appears there's been some movement toward a compromise.

In July, Rob targeted her in a rambling foul-mouthed rant on social media and posted explicit photos of her online.

TMZ adds that it is unclear the state of that case, but it could swing either way, if it is proven that Chyna actually uses drugs. "But for his daughter's sake, he plans on staying calm". He loves spending time with her. BC hit back and claimed that Rob was physically and emotional abusive, and now they're due in court on September 18 to hash out a custody agreement. The charges were dismissed after she took unspecified classes.
