This is the Moto X4

A picture leak, courtesy of Brazilian homologation agency Anatel, makes us believe that we are in for a new Moto X soon.

The leaked images were obtained by Tudocelular.

We totally understand where you're coming from, but while the Moto X4 is the company's eleventh different 2017 product (yes, really), due out a little too close to the glamorous announcements of the Galaxy Note 8, LG V30 and iPhone 8, it sounds like it's going to have a few interesting things going for it anyway. It will have a glossy back curved at the edges. For the front, there will be a 16-megapixel selfie camera.

The Moto Gamepad Moto Mod is compatible with the moto Z2 force edition, moto 2 Play, MotoZPlay Droid, MotoZForce Droid, and the Moto Z Droid.

Other than that, the smartphone seems to feature glass on both sides.

The phone will have a USB-C port and 3.5mm headphone jack on the base with a SIM slot (possibly a dual SIM/microSD card slot) at the top. The fingerprint scanner in Moto X4 can be seen right below the display. It's unknown whether all of these features will come to the Moto X4 but it's likely several of these will. The phone is further reported to run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat and will be juiced up by a 3000mAh battery.

The memory aspect would be taken care of by a 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.

The entire package will be powered by a 3,000mAh non-removable battery that also comes with Motorola's TurboCharging feature, which Motorola says will offers hours of power off just minutes of charge. The dual camera feature is of course in place.

Moto X4 was spotted on benchmarking site GFXBench bearing a model number XT1789. The display is a 5.2-inch full-HD (1080 x1920) panel (fingers crossed for AMOLED). In terms of pricing, the 32GB variant of Moto X4 could cost 350 euro (Rs 26,000 approx) in European market, according to tipster Roland Quandt.
