Samsung Galaxy S9 will get a dual-camera like the Note 8

Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017) is a new budget smartphone contender

Samsung Galaxy S9 models have now been tipped to include a rear-facing dual camera setup, which was notably missing on Galaxy S8 models but introduced by the company with Galaxy Note 8. So far, according to Samsung, this feature extends to the Note 8's native apps, for now. Given the argument that the Note 8 is more of the S8+, a new argument has come up - should you wait for the Google Pixel 2 XL instead of buying the Note 8?

However, the firmware update isn't expected to come to the Galaxy S5, Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy Note 4, Galaxy Alpha, Galaxy A3 (2015), Galaxy A5 (2015), Galaxy A7 (2015), Galaxy A8 (2015), Galaxy A3 (2016), Galaxy A5 (2016), Galaxy A7 (2016), Galaxy A8 (2016), and the Galaxy On-series Series (including all smartphones). The Galaxy Note 8 also offers Bluetooth 5.0 and LTE Cat 16 connectivity features.

Yet, if you look on the company's website advertising the Note 8, you will not see this mentioned anywhere. The device has 6.2-inch infinity display with a high resolution of 2960×1440 pixels.

Water Resistant - If water spills on your Note 8, you can don't have to worry as it's water and dust resistant.

Samsung Electronics is going to release 64GB and 256GB Galaxy Note 8 models first in South Korea.

In Dual Capture mode, both rear cameras take two pictures simultaneously-and you can keep both images: One close-up shot from the telephoto lens and one wide-angle shot that shows the entire background. Galaxy Note 8 is the first Galaxy phone to sport a dual-camera setup.

The device also comes equipped with 12 MP main camera with OIS and PDAF.

On the front, an 8 MP shooter can be found to entertain the selfie freaks.

The phone runs on Android 7.1 (Nougat) and is powered by Exynos 7870 Octa.

On the other hand, 2016 was a good year for Apple. Additionally, another new feature called Live Messages allows users to draw or write on the screen, while the Note 8 creates an animated GIF. We hope and expect the Galaxy Note 8 to get the Oreo update by the end of this year or by early 2018.

The phone comes in four color options, Midnight Black, Orchid Grey, Maple Gold and Deep Sea Blue.
