Miley Cyrus Unveils 'Younger Now' Video, New Album Details

Miley Cyrus Younger Now

She stopped smoking weed, put out the tame, country-leaning ballad "Malibu", and a few days ago, announced the release of her sixth album, Younger Now, which thus far sounds like it was more influenced by rock than rap and those aforementioned country roots.

The album is released on September 29th but Cyrus has just made the video for the title track available online.

She is killing it lately, and we love how she is doing things. As you'll see, the album features country queen Dolly Parton on the song "Rainbowland".

Miley also hosted a #YoungerNowChallenge on social media where she invited her fans to share their childhood pics in a template that makes each photo look like the Younger Now album art. I hope her upcoming album will have more variety and we will get to listen to something entirely different from Miley in this album.

Miley rose to fame and became a teen idol as the character Miley Stewart in the Disney series Hannah Montana in 2006 - her father Billy Ray Cyrus also starred in the show. The cover image shows a pompadour-topped Cyrus from the back - the better to see her bedazzled "Younger Now"-emblazoned leather jacket and matching trousers - standing in front of a rainbow-colored background that calls to mind album covers from the 1960s". "I Would Die for You" 7.
