John Boyega Teases Tom Hardy Cameo in The Last Jedi

According to The Last Jedi star John Boyega, you can expect to catch a glimpse of Tom Hardy, Prince William, and Prince Harry in the new film.

The royals made a highly publicized visit to the set and studios in 2016, when it was rumored they filmed Stormtrooper cameos.

Details on Kylo Ren's involvement in the plot for Star Wars: The Last Jedi have been kept tightly under wraps, so we can only speculate as to what this unexpected development might be: Could he add his mother Leia Organa or uncle Luke Skywalker to his list of kills? They came on set, man.

Could Prince William and Prince Harry be set to appear in a blockbuster movie?

Speaking on BBC Radio 4's "Today" program Friday morning to promote Kathryn Bigelow's "Detroit", Boyega was asked about the rumors he fueled when last on the show - that the two royals had secret cameos in "The Last Jedi" as stormtroopers - and whether the princes had lines. "I think someone leaked it or something, then there was like an image of some sort".

"A source at the time said the princes also 'filmed a scene in which Rey and Finn infiltrate a secret base".

'There were images. Every time I get asked, I have to dodge it.

We'll find out for certain if these cameos are real when The Last Jedi opens on December 15. I'm exhausted of dodging it. Harry and William's Stormtroopers are supposed to be seen riding inside an elevator with Benicio del Toro's new character.

When they dropped by, William and Harry were photographed with the cast and crew and engaged in light-saber battles.

Actor Tom Hardy poses for photographers upon arrival at the premiere of the film "The Revenant" in London, Thursday, Jan. 14, 2016. "They were there", said Boyega.

Early this year, Hardy was rumoured to be playing a Stormtrooper friend of John's character, much like the time Daniel Craig cameoed as the 'trooper who was force-manipulated by Daisy Ridley's character Rey in The Force Awakens.
