Dulquer Salmaan to enter Bollywood along with Irrfan Khan

Mammootty's son and South Indian heartthrob Dulquer Salmaan to make Bollywood debut with Irfan Khan in Akarsh Khurana's directorial debut

Malayalam Dulquer Salmaan will finally make his Bollywood debut in a road movie, according to a Mumbai Mirror report.

In such lovely locations, you would expect there to be some sizzling romance and some love story but seems like DQ will not be romancing his leading lady in this movie directed by Akarsh Khurana. Khurana has acted in The President is Coming (2009) and David (2013) and has written the screenplays of Krrish (2006), Kites (2010) and Krrish 3 (2013).

According to the latest update, is a light-hearted comedy in which Dulquer Salmaan plays a guy who lives in Bengaluru. Tamil actor-filmmaker R Parthiepan is said to have an important role in the film, which also stars Sai Tamhankar, Sruthi Hariharan, Anson Paul and Ann Augustine. Dulquer, son of popular veteran Malayalam actor Mammootty, is a known face not only in Mollywood but even other cinema industries.

Meanwhile, Dulquer became one of the top trends on the Internet, courtesy the release of first official teaser of his forthcoming film Solo - World Of Rudra, opposite Neha Sharma. Recently, Dulquer unveiled the first look of Sukumara Kuruppu, a film based on the most-wanted criminal Sukumara Kurup. Giving his track record Dulquer can be the next big thing in Hindi films as well.
