Chris Pratt and Anna Faris are still living together despite split

Chris Pratt's blossoming career 'caused tension as Anna Faris wasn't getting any big jobs'

Kristen Bell said that she believes people forget to acknowledge things that have happened once they are over.

Some hope: Patti's cited the fact the duo are still living together means there are still feelings there, explaining 'She's living in the house. "Let's pray it turns around", Patti explained.

Of course, there's also "Millionaire Matchmaker" Patti Stanger's take on the end of Pratt and Faris' eight-year marriage, which appears to be complete denial that it's really happening.

Patti told ET she has already contacted the pair through mutual friends to offer her own help and advice, and concluded: "If the sexual chemistry is there and the friendship factor is there and they have a kid - if you get the right person to handle it, it can retool itself". No, she's not telling us to forget about Faris and Pratt's relationship (because that would be impossible). "We still love each other and will always cherish our time together and continue to have the deepest respect for one another".

"If [Pratt]'s still in the house, there's hope", she said. 'I want them to get back together.

'If the person doesn't leave the house, there's a lot of hope there. But that doesn't discount the lovely years they had together'. Because they're not poor ... they could go get a condo, Airbnb it. "They're very close as BFFs".

The reality star said she does not think it's out of the question that Pratt and Faris could reconcile after announcing their legal separation last Sunday on social media.

"TMZ, while Anna wanted to have more children and settle down in their family home, Chris" rise in Hollywood has adjusted his future goals.

So, what does the matchmaker think could be the reason behind Pratt and Faris' seemingly out of nowhere decision to separate?

"My husband stood by me and held me and was my rock and my anchor", Faris said. "We may have to make different choices, those choices may make us sad for a while, but ultimately you have to make hard choices in life and I don't fault anybody for making them". They married in 2009 and have a four-year-old son named Jack.
