The hosts meet the Proteas at Bristol as they fight over a spot in the prestigious Lord's final, with England holding the psychological upper hand following a 68-run victory in the group game between the sides.

'The girls have been outstanding and have done everything that has been asked of them.

"Kemar's return is welcomed as he was one of the best fast bowlers in Tests in the recent past for us", chief selector Courtney Browne said.

Tammy Beaumont made a resolute 42 as she helped rebuild the England innings alongside Knight.

Despite bowler friendly conditions, the West Indian seamers struggled to find the right line as they conceded 16 wides in the first 10 overs.

But the burden has been shared throughout the competition, with Nat Sciver scoring a pair of centuries and captain Heather Knight a regular contributor with bat and ball.

But, Mark Robinson has transformed his team to be one that does not wilt under pressure or that is reliant on one or two of their batsmen, as previous side's have.

Wilson's departure, from the final ball of the 26th over, saw England lose three wickets for 14 runs, but Knight continued to battle away, albeit that she would have been given out lbw for 39 had West Indies opted to review when Fletcher pinged her on the pad.

The all-rounder was bowled by Hayley Matthews for 67 to leave the three-time World Cup champions 174-7, but a brilliant 31 off 19 balls from Laura Marsh saw England finish on a challenging 220-7.

Knight was eventually bowled by Matthews, having struck five boundaries in her 13th one-day global half-century, with Katherine Brunt adding 14 before Gunn and Marsh helped put on a few late runs to boost England's total.

In reply, West Indies soon found themselves two wickets down in the 13th over with less than 40 on the board after opener Kycia Knight was run out for 17 and Taylor trapped leg-before by Marsh.

Marsh, so pivotal with the bat, dismissed the risky Stafanie Taylor lbw for a 12-ball duck but with DRS available had the West Indian captain reviewed she would have been reprieved with the ball sliding down the leg side. "Heather Knight was excellent against West Indies with a really crucial knock and Alex Hartley with the ball". The last time the sides played in Bristol both teams surpassed the 300 mark, going on to make 678 runs in total, the highest cumulative score in women's one-day worldwide history.

"We have seen him during the last Digicel R4Day season show signs of his return to form".
