No offer received for Cristiano Ronaldo, says Real Madrid President Florentino Perez

Cristiano Ronaldo reportedly told his teammates that he wants to move away from Real Madrid

So upset is Ronaldo at the allegations that he is ready to quit Real Madrid.

Perez said he could understood why the four-times world player of the year had been upset after he was accused last week of evading 14.7 million euros in tax through offshore companies.

But the Portugal global was not a realistic target at that point, having signed a new five-year Real Madrid contract last November. The only thing I know is that he's angry about the treatment the media have given him.

Ronaldo has helped Real win the Champions League thrice, scoring twice in last month's final as they became the first club to retain the title, and he is also the competition's record goal scorer with 105 strikes. This could be stunt in order for Ronaldo to get a pay bump from Real; we've seen numerous players do that before, including United captain Wayne Rooney.

Ronaldo has spent the past few days going through his normal routine of practicing and playing with his teammates on the national team, and he skipped the post-game media session after Portugal's 2-2 draw with Mexico.

The reports of Ronaldo's alleged willingness to move away from the Spanish capital came after a Spanish prosecutor accused the 32-year-old forward of tax fraud between the years 2011-2014.

Ronaldo was a world-record signing of intent from United after Perez returned as president eight years ago, the forward being part of a £225million summer spending spree that also saw the likes of Kaka, Karim Benzema and Xabi Alonso move to Real.

"It would be very bad business to sell him".

Perez was asked about his star's situation after being re-elected as president unopposed on Monday.

If Ronaldo does depart, a move to Bayern Munich is off the cards after the German giants took the unusual step of publicly denying rumours linking them with a swoop for the Portuguese ace. What I will say is that all must fulfill our obligations, but I have no doubt in Cristiano.

"I will always defend Cristiano as a footballer and as a person".

"I have not spoken with Ronaldo". PSG could make a bid, but it seems like Ronaldo has his heart set on Manchester United.

"I am sure that Cristiano complies with his tax duties, it must be a confusion that will be cleared".
