Today, India faces Bangladesh in the second semi-finals to determine who will face Pakistan on Sunday.

In the run-up to the ICC Champions Trophy, India thrashed Bangladesh by 240 runs in a warm-up match, thanks to three-wicket hauls from the pace duo of Umesh Yadav and Bhuvneshwar Kumar but Kohli on Wednesday backed off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin's inclusion in the playing XI.

The second semi-final match will be broadcast live on PTV Sports and Ten Sports in Pakistan while Star Sports 1, Star Sports HD 1, Star Sports 1 Hindi, Star Sports 1 Hindi HD, DD National and Bangladesh on GTV, Star Sports India.

Terming Bangladesh a "very dangerous" side, the 28-year-old Kohli credited the opposition with rising to the challenge in big matches. "We're going to treat it as how we treated the last game, and our mindset does not differ".

To cap things off, Shakib Al-Hasan and Mahmudullah's magnificent hundreds in a 224-run fifth-wicket stand won them the game against New Zealand after being 33/4 chasing 266.

Kohli dismissed the thought that Bangladesh was seeking revenge for the 2015 World Cup quarterfinal. Not to forget, they also registered series wins against India, South Africa, Pakistan, Zimbabwe and Afghanistan that helped them to qualify for the tournament. "We can't invite extra pressure on ourselves thinking about what happened during the last two matches in ICC tournaments", he concluded.

"Looks like a fresh wicket, should stay the same throughout", Kohli said after the toss. Obviously you have to be super skilled and super talented to be able to play those many games for the country.

"To be honest not many people will give us a chance to win against India". India won the match with 59 balls to spare.

"We are the team that is trying to improve ourselves a lot". And they are a very risky side on their day. "India has more pressure than us because the huge population is there, and people love cricket a lot. As I said before we have four bowlers with different sets of skills", he added.

Rohit and skipper Kohli then formed a 178-run partnership to steer the team to a comfortable victory, to the agony of the Bangladesh supporters.
