Caffeine addicts have a new way to get their fix, thanks to the Espresso Buzz Bagel.

The bagel has 32mg of caffeine, and is naturally sourced from both espresso and coffee-cherry flour. According to the Mayo Clinic, a 1-ounce espresso shot typically has anywhere from 47 milligrams to 64 milligrams of caffeine, while a typical 8-ounce cup of java has 95 milligrams to 165 milligrams of caffeine.

Einstein made a decision to launch its bagels as part of the National Nurses Week campaign, and will give any nurse visiting its shop a free Espresso Buzz Bagel and schmear. It's the brainchild of the bagel chain Einstein Bros. and hits the bagel bins on May 4.

"We knew our culinary team could deliver that same premium, hand-crafted sensory experience with the beloved category hero of espresso in our best-in-class, fresh-baked bagel", Kerry Coyne, Einstein's senior vice president and head of marketing and research and development told Fox News. Two other bagels by Einstein are set to debut this week as well.

The bagel debut gives some sleep-deprived folks a new way to put more pep in their steps as each pastry contains 32 milligrams of caffeine. But if you want to try one, hurry - they're only around for a limited time, according to the company.
