Cmdr. Troy Knudson at the Rock County Sheriff's Office said that the White House received a 161-page manuscript Jakubowski mailed to Trump.

A manhunt continues for an "armed and dangerous" Wisconsin man who stole guns from a Janesville store.

Spoden said Jakubowski recently sent a 161-page anti-government manifesto to the White House and gave a copy to one his associates, who turned it over to police.

About three hours later, Rock County Sheriff Robert Spoden said Jakubowski burglarized a gun store in Janesville, Wisconsin, about 70 miles (110 kilometers) southwest of Milwaukee. Investigators have followed up on about 320 leads and have 50 remaining that need to be resolved, according to the release.

On Tuesday night, police responded to a report of a auto fire near the burglarized gun shop and discovered the burned vehicle belonged to Jakubowski.

Police said they've identified the suspicious person involved in the incident on April 6th, and "there is no relation to the ongoing Rock County investigation". While there is no specific threat to churches, tipsters say they saw him near a church.

He also raised concerns about the young man buying a helmet and bulletproof vest.

Police say he mailed a handwritten 161-page manifesto to President Donald Trump last week, robbed the "Armageddon" gun shop in Janesville, torched his vehicle, and disappeared. Police believe Jakubowski torched the truck. Federal authorities say Joseph Jakubowski, 32, may be planning an act of mass violence against a church or religious group, ABC News reports.

As part of their search, law enforcement officials have also beefed up security around local churches.

Police said the suspect was known to officers and had previously been imprisoned for trying to disarm a police officer.

Authorities say Jakubowski has had multiple run-ins with the law and should be considered armed and extremely risky.

"Jakubowski is described as being 5'10" tall with green eyes and brown hair, but police believe he may have altered his appearance.
