Resident Evil: Revelations Is Coming to Xbox One & PS4 This Fall

Capcom has announced that it is bringing Resident Evil: Revelations to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One this fall.

It takes place between the events of Resi 4 and Resi 5, telling the story of Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield.

"Resident Evil Revelations is coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One physical and digital (NA and EU) Fall 2017!" they wrote on Twitter.

The game proved so critically and commercially popular on Nintendo's 3DS that eventually, Capcom released it on PS3 and Xbox 360 with updated HD graphics before greenlighting a sequel.

PS4 Exclusive Games in 2017 and Beyond Tue, January 3, 2017 PS4 fans are in for a treat in 2017, with exclusive games that include The Last of Us 2, Gran Turismo Sport, Horizon Zero Dawn and more.

It's possible the game could still come to Switch, should Capcom be holding back news until they've finished working on the game. Raid Mode, which was first introduced to the series in the original version of Resident Evil Revelations, sees gamers play online in co-op mode or alone in single player taking on the hordes of enemies across a variety of missions whilst leveling up characters and earning weapon upgrades.
