Fans Pay Tribute To Late Music Legend Chuck Berry

Just hours before on Monday morning (March 20), Berry's family released a statement revealing that the details of the guitarist's final album, titled CHUCK, will be released this week.

Chuck Berry died of natural causes, according to TMZ, and no autopsy is planned.

'Inside the home, first responders observed an unresponsive man and immediately administered lifesaving techniques. Citing the "many inquiries" they've fielded from fans and media, Berry's surviving family issued strong assurances that Chuck's on its way - and we'll be hearing our first samples very soon. The entire project was written, recorded and produced by Berry himself, and dedicated to his wife of 68 years, Themetta "Toddy" Berry.

'Unfortunately, the 90-year-oldman could not be revived and was pronounced deceased at 1.26pm. The St. Charles County Police Department sadly confirms the death of Charles Edward Anderson Berry Sr., better known as legendary musician Chuck Berry. A spokesperson for Berry could not be reached for additional comment at press time.

'The family requests privacy during this time of bereavement'.

The new album was initially announced last fall, on Berry's 90th birthday. Paisley slipped a cover of the Berry classic "Johnny B. Goode" into his setlist agenda during his main closing performance. He was inducted with the hall's inaugural class in 1986. He was a key influence for many rock "n" roll bands to follow, everyone from the Rolling Stones to the Beatles.

Berry leaves behind four children: Darlin Ingrid Berry, Aloha Berry, Charles Berry Jr. and Melody Exes Berry-Eskridge.

Rock "n" roll icon Chuck Berry was in the process of recording a new album to be released in 2017 before his death.
