Everton Decline Milan's Loan Bid For Deulofeu

The Spanish attacker seems to have no future under Ronald Koeman at Everton and is expected to leave the club this month

Deulofeu, 22, has made 13 appearances for Everton since Ronald Koeman took over as manager at Goodison Park last summer.

According to The Guardian, Ajax are among the clubs interested in signing Everton winger Gerard Deulofeu.

Meanwhile, Ishak Belfodil's transfer from Standard Liege to Goodison Park appears to be off for the time being, while reported interest from the Blues in Memphis Depay has waned as Lyon close in on a permanent deal for the Dutch global.

"It's neither getting more complicated nor more simple".

Everton remain determined to insert an obligatory purchase option in any loan agreement for the Spaniard, but AC Milan have no intentions of agreeing such a deal.

Sky Sports News HQ reported on Tuesday that Milan had approached Everton about the possibility of taking the Spanish winger on loan for the remainder of the campaign. "I'm ready for anything, the only thing we can't do is a loan with obligation".

Deulofeu last started a match for the Toffees in early December, a 3-2 defeat to Watford, and failed to make the squad for Everton's 4-0 victory over Manchester City last weekend despite impressing with his FA Cup cameo against Leicester City.

Both the player and the rossoneri are now waiting for a final decision of Everton.
