Palace's Alan Pardew under pressure after 'crazy' defeat - AU

They deserve so much credit.

"He (Bradley) has seen me play in other teams and knows I can do a lot of things".

"If there are any positives, we still showed the fight but we have got to show that every game and also show that we can see games out when we get ahead as a team". I'd like to speak it better than I do now, and I need to continue to study. Six minutes to go and Alan Pardew was celebrating on the touchline, though he was a shellshocked figure come the final whistle after witnessing his side squander a slender lead after coming back from the depths of a 3-1 deficit to lead 4-3.

Bradley's first game was on October 15, and the team had lost three and drawn two. Benteke did well to win the aerial challenge and flick the ball into the winger's path, with the former Manchester United man outmuscling Taylor before firing a low shot past shot-stopper Lukasz Fabianski.

Little did anyone realize the match was going to explode in the second half. Two minutes later Palace struggled to cope with another set-piece and Fer finished again at the far post for his sixth goal of the season. Nearly immediately, the veteran Spaniard helped create a go-ahead goal for the Swans: Leroy Fer tapped in after Llorente's header was cleared off the line.

James Tomkins' bundled effort on 75 minutes to pull it back to 3-2 gave Palace hope of a comeback. Just over six minutes later, Wilfried Zaha's cross took a deflection off Swansea captain Jack Cork, putting the scores level.

Christian Benteke, in particular, was at fault for three of the five goals that Palace conceded.

Then Swansea got a lifeline. His 91st-minute equalizer was followed by a 93rd-minute victor, and Swansea claimed a win that had seemed out of reach less than 10 minutes before Llorente's intervention.

The catalyst for change in the game was Fernando Llorente's arrival in the 66th minute, subbing in for Swansea's Wayne Routledge. In the end, five bad goals for us and four for them. We need to enjoy this but it can't be something where we just take the good part without looking at it deeper because you won't win matches every day.

There was no competition for this particular award - it was the game that had absolutely everything. except competent defending.

"But I still want to focus on players who, at the most hard moment in the Liberty [Stadium], showed real character".

"I am very disappointed with the way we defended, particularly the last two goals after we got ourselves in front".
