Final Fantasy Trading Card Game Makes Its Way to United Kingdom and US

Square Enix UK has already created a Final Fantasy Trading Card Game tutorial series to show new people how the game is meant to be played.

Square has also begun posting official videos, walking players through the rules and format of the trading card game.

Initially, this translation will start off slow with the release of the game's Opus 1 set which includes 216 cards.

Square Enix has announced the Final Fantasy Trading Card Game is coming to Europe and the United States on October 28.

The Final Fantasy Trading Card Game has been available in Japan since February 2011.

For more information on the game, and even to get a jump start on how to play, be sure to check out the official TCG website.

The Final Fantasy Trading Card Game is famous for its franchise tie-in, fun play mechanics attributed to its designers (former card game players Taro Kageyama and Shota Yasooka), and vibrant card art that features work from the Final Fantasy art team.

The first set, entitled "Opus 1", will feature 216 cards with iconic designs from highly acclaimed artists including Tetsuya Nomura, Yoshitaka Amano, and Akihiko Yoshida, covering almost 30 years of Final Fantasy.

"Final Fantasy XV's" battle system will also have close similarities with that of "Final Fantasy 7" remake but still closer to one of Square Enix's greatest masterpieces: Kingdom Hearts. Each card will have a standard and premium foil version of it.
